Steve Dong

Steve Dong serves as the Head of Product and R&D at ZBS, where he leads the company’s product development team with a focus on driving technological innovation and continuous product evolution.

He is currently heading the development of Front, ZBS’s next-generation intelligent restaurant management system designed specifically for Asian cuisine operators. By integrating advanced AI technology, Front enables intelligent analysis of store operations, streamlines management processes, and delivers customized marketing strategies tailored to each business—ultimately helping merchants enhance overall operational efficiency.

Prior to joining ZBS, Steve held a key leadership role at a well-known restaurant SaaS company, where he was responsible for several major product lines and played a central role in the design and delivery of critical systems, gaining extensive hands-on industry experience.

Steve holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Software from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
