Established in 2010

2010  

ZBS stands for Zhao Business Solution. The company was founded in Atlanta, GA by Kevin Zhao and provided credit card processing services to local merchants. 

2013 

ZBS opens its second location in Chamblee, GA. In the same year, ZBS POS  branches out and adds Point of Sale computer systems to its growing list of products. 

2014

ZBS forms a partnership with First Data Corporation, now recognized as Fiserv - the largest merchant acquirer in the U.S. 

2016   

ZBS was invited to First Data’s Chairman’s Council. In the same year, ZBS was also invited to ring closing bell at the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange). 

2017

ZBS launches its own online ordering platform called EAT 365 and opens its third location in Smyrna, GA. 

2018

ZBS acquires KwickPOS, a restaurant point of sale software company based in Houston, Texas. 

2019

ZBS’s processing volume reaches over $1B. 

2020

ZBS becomes an international company with the opening of a branch in Fuzhou, China. ZBS also opens the fourth Atlanta based office located on Buford Hwy in Chamblee.

2021

ZBS has acquired restaurant robotics company, PDT Robotics. In addition, ZBS has opened its first branch in Florida, located in Downtown Orlando.
