IT - POS Manager

Job Title: IT – POS Manager  

Zhao Business Solution Inc. is looking for a full-time IT – POS Manager to work at 100 Galleria Pkwy, STE 965, Atlanta, GA 30339 

Job Duties:

  • Manage the POS department’s daily operations and optimize standards and workflow.
  • Train and manage technical support staff.
  • Manage and configure POS software and hardware, POS integration, security camera, Windows servers and workstations and other software applications and hardware.
  • Schedule all POS installations at ZBS client locations.
  • Maintain POS and IT training tools and project follow up.
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of POS system, PCs, printers and other peripherals.
  • Serve as technical support for client stores with POS related issues.
  • Assist in maintaining stores’ POS payment contract and invoicing (Saas, Support, etc).
  • On-call rotation.
  • Upholds company standard policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA preferred.
  • Experience with Micros POS system preferred.
  • Good knowledge of network and PC hardware.
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Extensive equipment support experience with Windows-based computer system.
  • Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems and standards including TCP/IP.
  • Ability to conduct research on PC issues and products as required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $40,000 to $50,000/year
