Essential Duties and Responsibilities  
  • Complete the training program in a timely manner
  • Make cold calls and prospect customers to generate viable leads
  • Observe sales process by traveling with sales representatives;
  • Work with a senior member to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to close the deal
  • Keep records of all conversations in our CRM system database in a comprehensible way

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Able to obtain customers and help them through implementation with the support team and provide superior communication skills.
  • Able to generate 4-7 warm leads/week at a 35% close rate. 
  • Make cold calls and prospect customers to generate viable leads.

  • Input customer information using IRIS CRM system. 
  • Willing and able to assist JR members to close warm leads.
  • Keep up with technical knowledge to maintain expert status on POS systems.

  • Must be able to map out door-to-door field pathing to optimize efficiency in order to generate leads.
  • Willing to work in a team environment.
  • Able to close at least 6 deals a month.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, vendors, sales, and marketing, to drive the success of a product throughout its life cycle.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful launch of new features or product updates, ensuring they meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collect and analyze requirements, and provide clear and precise communication to vendors to ensure their products align with our company strategy. This includes detailed specifications, use cases, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to develop effective product positioning, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and conduct product training programs for internal and external teams, enabling them to effectively understand and utilize the product.
  • Create product collateral, training materials, documentation, and resources to enhance internal teams' knowledge and utilization of the product.
  • Assist in product launches, coordinating internal and external sales teams, organizing product demos, and driving user adoption.
  • Support the sales team in creating compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our products.

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, including product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred experience in product training, sales collaboration, and vendor management.
  • Bi-lingual (English & Mandarin) is a plus.
