Essential Duties and Responsibilities  
  • Complete the training program in a timely manner
  • Make cold calls and prospect customers to generate viable leads
  • Observe sales process by traveling with sales representatives;
  • Work with a senior member to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to close the deal
  • Keep records of all conversations in our CRM system database in a comprehensible way
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities; reading sales and marketing publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in sales and marketing organizations
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports


Qualifications

 

  • College degree or higher
  • Good phone and verbal communication skills along with listening
  • Mandarin speaker preferred
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
  • Willing to learn about the product and become an expert. 
  • Superior Organizational Skills
  • Attention to details as it relates to compiling complete application packages.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment while staying precise in daily activities.
  • Able to work across all departments with ease but still work independently.
  • Must be able to communicate with our partners in a respectful and concise way.
  • Exudes respect and positivity in all interactions both inside and outside of the organization.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and the capacity to think outside the box.
  • Must have a good attitude and be customer-oriented.

 

Job Title: Senior Sales Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Able to obtain customers and help them through implementation with the support team and provide superior communication skills.
  • Able to generate 4-7 warm leads/week at a 35% close rate. 
  • Make cold calls and prospect customers to generate viable leads.
  • Work with a senior member and learn in a fast pace environment.
  • Input customer information using IRIS CRM system. 
  • Willing and able to assist JR members to close warm leads.
  • Keep up with technical knowledge to maintain expert status on POS systems.
  • Generate hot leads from customer referral.
  • Must be able to map out door-to-door field pathing to optimize efficiency in order to generate leads.
  • Willing to work in a team environment.
  • Able to close at least 6 deals a month.
