Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
- Know ZBS products and services thoroughly so that you can answer questions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications
- Must be familiar with basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Must possess strong communication skills and have a positive attitude.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
This is not a remote role. Must be able to work from Atlanta, GA office.
